You agree that all content included on this Site, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, “Content”) are intellectual property and copyrighted works of 247101, its licensees, and/or various third-party providers (“Providers”). Except where expressly provided otherwise by us, nothing made available to users via the Site may be construed to confer any license or ownership right in or materials published or otherwise made available through the Site or its services, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. All rights not granted to you in the Terms of Service are expressly reserved by us. Reproductions or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

Logos:
Nominative use of copyrighted logos are for purposes of description and identification only. Use of these logos DOES NOT constitute an endorsement by the trademark owner of 247101 products in any way. Logos ARE NOT authorized by, sponsored by, or associated with the trademark owner. By submitting this order form, you agree that any artwork submitted or requested by you is a representation and warranty to us that you have written authorization, if needed, to order its reproduction.

Claims and Disputes:
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 48 Hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, 247101 and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that 247101 has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Samples:
247101 might use your product for samples or advertising purposes. All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of 247101. Although these materials will not be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.

Orders:
247101 reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. 247101 is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to 247101 for printing and/or publication.

Finalization:
Due to the custom nature of your print job, all sales are final once they have entered production. All Sales Are Final.

Printing Turnaround Time:
Printing turnaround time commences from the time we receive approval for your proof and full payment for your order. If you have chosen to waive your proof approval, printing turnaround time commences from the time we have received your order, print-ready files, and full payment for your order. For orders that are not approved for print production, printing turnaround time commences from the time we receive approval or acceptable print-ready files regardless of when payment was made.

Proofs:
Design proofs links are sent via email and must be approved prior to print using the Approval Form Submission Process. Once the approval is received, the order will be sent to print. 247101 is not responsible for information missed by the client during the proofing process including but not limited to; typos, missing information, missing dates, missing venues, or any other information the client felt should have been placed on their ordered material. 247101 will work with the client to get a new/corrected order but will not offer a refund for incorrect or missing information on orders that were approved by the client.
After we have received your order or files for print, an online proof will be available for your review. For proof/preview, turnaround time will vary depending on our current workload. Jobs with proof requests will not be proceed to “Print Production” without your approval unless the proof approval is explicitly waived. Should you not approve your proof, we will print it as is and are thereby not at all responsible for the final quality or accuracy of the product. It is the User’s responsibility to check the proof/preview. We are not at all liable for delays in the order caused by User’s non-approval or delayed approval, of the proof. We do reserve the right, at our discretion, to make minor changes to the proof and product as needed for the efficacy of printing.

Payment:
All prices and amounts shown on 247101 are in U.S. Dollars (USD). All prices stated are based on current costs and are subject to change without any notice.
We reserve the right, for any reason, in our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or change any aspect of the Site including but not limited to content, prices, features or hours of availability.

Cancellation:
An order may not be canceled once it is in “Print Production”. If the order is still in the design or proofing stage, it may be canceled with 10% of the Order Amount (Cancellation Fee).

Shipping:
247101 reserves the right to use the most appropriate carrier for the required transit time and destination. 247101 responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and turning it over to the carrier for shipping. Shipping transit times vary and 247101 assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Mailing Services:
All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. 247101 responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service (“USPS”). 247101 responsibility ends when the job is delivered to the US Postal Service Business Mail Entry Unit. In no event shall 247101 be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays.

No Liability for Errors:
247101 is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
– Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
– Low resolution or low quality graphics and images
– Damaged fonts
– Transparency issues
– Overprint issues
– Artwork files that are not created following our specifications
– Variances in color from the conversion of Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK
– Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, paper and finish
– Duplicate orders submitted by the User
– Incorrect files uploaded
– Incorrect file orientation
– Cracking on folds
– Cutting variances
– Damage to products after delivery to User
– Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.
